Chicago Offers a Blueprint for Expanding Urban Internet Access

Chicago Connected is a groundbreaking program that provides free high-speed internet service to
Belmont Cragin and the surrounding communities. In a recent article published by Bloomberg,
Chicago Connected was highlighted for their success in providing high-speed broadband to more
than 40,000 households in need, representing some 64,000 Chicago Public School students who
